Is Custom Fit Training right for me?
Yes, it almost certainly is. Regardless of your age or current level of fitness, your program will be created to meet your specific needs.

Custom Fit Training is on 1A in Plainville, right in between South Street Pizza and Antiques on 1A. It's within a mile of the Wrentham Outlets and 495.
What are your hours?
Personal training and small-group training are by appointment. The hours for Flex Sessions, which will begin in February, are listed above.
Coming February 2018!
Flex Sessions are times during the day when clients may come in and train at their convenience. Programming, supervision, and, when necessary, instruction, are provided.
This option is available to clients who have taken part in a minimum of 10 personal-training sessions.
The cost is a flat fee of $250/ month, which entitles eligible clients to as many as 6 sessions a week.
Monday-Saturday, 8:30am to 11:00am
Monday-Friday, 3:30pm to 6:00pm

Do you offer nutrition counseling?
I am happy to provide general nutritional guidance to promote overall health and help clients meet their fitness goals.
All clients begin here, where they will learn the basics of safe and effective training techniques while growing stronger and better conditioned. Personal training sessions are fifty-five minutes each and sold in blocks of ten for $600 ($60/ session).
Partner Training- Train with a friend! $400 per person for 10 sessions ($40/ session)
Groups of Three- The more the merrier, right? $300 per person for 10 sessions ($30/ session)
Introductory block of 10 personal-training sessions for $400 ($40/ session)
